Ceiba Schools Application Process
Dates for Information Meetings:
Wednesday, February 5th at 5:30pm
Tuesday, March 11th at 5:30pm
Monday, April 14th at 5:30pm
Application
During the open enrollment period of November 4, 2024 – April 18, 2025, all prospective parents/guardians are encouraged to visit the Ceiba website at www.ceibaschools.org to complete an application. Parents/guardians are also welcome to pick up an application packet at our school’s front office.
Turning in Application
Parents/guardians can turn in their completed application to the front office Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm. Parents/guardians may also complete an application online. The last day to turn in an application is Friday, April 18, 2025, at 4:00pm.
Parent Meetings
There is also an informational meeting that we recommend families attend. The meeting dates are shown above. Choose one date that works for your family! Ceiba prides itself on communication, and this is one way we choose to reach out to Ceiba as a Community.
Lottery
The School Lottery will take place on May 7, 2025, at 5:15 pm for 6th grade and at 5:30 pm for other grades. You do not have to be present on the day of the lottery in order to secure a spot. You will be notified by mail if your child’s number is chosen.
Admission Preference

Siblings are eligible for admission through sibling preference, which means that if one child is currently enrolled, their siblings are also admitted to the school when space is available.

For 6th grade, Ceiba College Prep will guarantee admission to siblings of children already attending Ceiba College Prep

For grades 7-12, siblings of current students will be given priority and admitted if space is available.

“Sibling” is defined as a brother, sister, or other children legally under your care and residing in the same household.
