Special Education (SELPA)

Ceiba College Preparatory Academy is a member of the El Dorado County Charter SELPA (Special Education Local Plan Area). By adopting the Charter SELPA's Local Plan for Special Education, Ceiba's Board agrees to abide by the SELPA's policies and accepts responsibility for coordinating administration of the Local Plan, consistent with California Education Code §56205.5.

The Local Plan, Annual Budget Plan, Annual Service Plan, and Assurances, along with any updates or revisions, are available on the El Dorado County Charter SELPA's website:
