How To Enroll




Enrollment at any Ceiba school is open and free of charge to any student who is eligible to attend a public school. Each year, parents may submit an enrollment application within the open enrollment period.  Because we do not have enough space to offer enrollment to all students who wish to attend Ceiba, we hold a lottery each year to determine the following year's enrollment. All applications for enrollment must be submitted by the deadline in order to be placed in the lottery. Enrollment priority is given first to siblings of current Ceiba students, then to students who reside within the boundaries of the Pajaro Valley Unified School District.


Admission Process and Requirements

Please fill out an Enrollment Form and return it to our Front Office located at 260 West Riverside Drive, Watsonville.  Please use this map to find our school (our driveway is on Locust Street!)  During the open enrollment period of December 1 – April 21, all prospective parents are welcome to come to Ceiba to pick up an application packet. The dates are as follows:
Dates for Information Meetings:
Wednesday, January 18 at 5pm
Tuesday, February 7 at 5:30pm
Monday, March 13 at 6pm
Thursday, April 20 at 5:30pm
Parents can turn in their completed application to the front office during regular business hours:
Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-5:00pm
or Friday from 7:30-2:00pm.
All applications must be turned in with a current copy of proof of address.
The last day to turn in an application is FRIDAY, APRIL 21, 2017 at 2:00pm.

Proceso de Admisión y Requisitos

Por favor llene un Formulario de Inscripción y devuélvalo a nuestra Oficina en 260 West Riverside Drive, Watsonville. Por favor, utilice este mapa para encontrar nuestra escuela (nuestra entrada está en Locust Street!)  Durante el período de inscripción del 1 de diciembre - 21 de abril todos los futuros padres son bienvenidos a venir a Ceiba a recoger un paquete de solicitud. Las fechas son las siguientes:

Fecha de la información:
las 5pm Martes, 7 de febrero a las 5:30 pm
Lunes, 13 de marzo a las 6 pm
Jueves, 20 de abril a las 5:30 pm
Los padres pueden entregar su solicitud completa a la oficina durante las horas:
De lunes a jueves de 7:30 am a 5:00 pm
o viernes de 7:30 a 2pm.
Todas las solicitudes deben ser entregadas con una copia actualizada de comprobante de domicilio.  Mira al Proceso de Solicitud Escuela Ceiba aqui.
El último día para entregar la solicitud es el VIERNES, 21 de ABRIL 2017 a las 2:00 pm.
